§1 Postanowienia ogólne

1. Administrator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany regulaminu serwisu.
2. Użytkownik ponosi odpowiedzialność za niepoprawnie funkcjonujące łącze lub oprogramowanie po stronie Użytkownika.
3. Administrator zastrzega sobie prawo do banicji, edycji lub usunięcia Konta Użytkownika i wszystkich jego przynależności – w przypadku naruszenia zasad korzystania z serwisu Ottorealm.com Rodzaj i okres kary jest zależny od decyzji Administratora.
4. Użytkownikowi nie przysługuje zwrot pieniędzy za wykupione usługi, gdy zostanie zastosowane ograniczenie funkcjonalności bądź całkowite zablokowanie dostępu do Konta Użytkownika.
5. Użytkownik wykupując usługe płatną potwierdza, że jest świadom faktu możliwości utracenia uzyskanych dzięki usłudzę przynależności lub przywilejów, bądź dostępu do nich – nie tylko w razie złamania zasad, ale także w wyniku wydarzeń w świecie gry.
6. Administracja zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia domku gracza – w przypadku jego nieaktywności w grze (od 7 dni i więcej). Przedmioty, które znajdują się w nim zostaną bezpowrotnie usunięte.
7. Administracja zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia guild house – w przypadku, gdy lider gildii jest nieaktywny w grze (od 7 dni i więcej). Przedmioty, które znajdują się w nim zostaną bezpowrotnie usunięte. Administracja może również usunąć guild house – w przypadku, gdy dom został zakupiony przez gildię o niskiej liczbie członków (poniżej 5).

§2 Zachowanie w społeczności

1. Panuje bezwzględny zakaz obrażania innych Użytkowników oraz Administracji.
2. Reklamy, spam, flood, ping bądź inne trapienie Użytkownikow oraz Administracji poskutkują blokadą Konta Użytkownika lub kasacją postaci.
4. Publiczne rozsyłanie adresów IP innych graczy będzie karane banami.
5. Zabronione jest propagowanie piractwa, nadsyłanie treści pornograficznych, rasistowskich bądź niezgodnych z ogólnymi zasadami etyki lub polskim prawem.
6. Użytkownik ma obowiązek zgłosić każdy zauważony błąd w oprogramowaniu Administratorowi. Używanie blędów w oprogramowaniu w celu zdobycia przewagi nad innymi graczami jest surowo zabronione.
7. Zabronione jest handlowanie i wymienianie się postaciami z serwerów konkurencyjnych.
8. Zabronione jest podszywanie się pod innych graczy.
9. Wszystkie próby oszustwa Administracji mogą skutkować blokadą Konta Użytkownika.
10. Na Hiderii obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz sprzedawania postaci, przedmiotów i shop points za realną walutę jak i tibia coiny.
11. Każda czynność, która działa na szkodę gracza (np. blokowanie expów, przejscia, questów i depo) lub szkodę serwera może skutkować nałożeniem blokady na konto.
12. Zabronione jest szerzenie nieoficjalnych informacji, które nie zostały potwierdzione przez Administracje.
13. Jakakolwiek działalność na niekorzyść serwera, nie uwzgledniona w tym regulaminie – jest karana blokadą Konta Użytkownika – w zależności od wyrządzonej szkody.


§3 Zasady dotyczące PVP

1. Możesz zalogować łącznie 1 MC. Wszelkie próby omijania ograniczenia IP (np. używanie VPN) będzie karane banami na postacie lub całkowitą blokadą konta Użytkownika.
2. Wszelkie nadużywanie MC* w pvp (w celu np. zwolnienia expowiska, zabicia innego gracza) będzie karane banami na postacie lub całkowitą blokadą konta Użytkownika.
3. Ogólne utrudnianie gry i zabijanie bez powodu niskopoziomowych graczy będzie karane banem. Dotyczy to również zabijania na eventach i najazdach. Okres blokady konta jest zależny od Administracji i wszelkie próby odwołania się bez dowodów będą ignorowane.
4. Administracja nie ingeruje w grę i relacje pomiędzy graczami oraz gildiami.
5. Administracja nie ma obowiązku tłumaczenia się z powodu nałożenia blokady. Każdy gracz ma obowiązek zapoznać się z regulaminem.

*Użytkowanie w walce łącznie dwóch postaci (główna + 1x MC) nie jest nadużyciem.
** Bez powodu – gracz, który w momencie śmierci nie miał czaszki (skulla). Gracz, który nie wyzywał oraz nie prowokował przeciwnika. Jeśli oponent (zabójca) miał powód – powinien dostarczyć do Administracji dowody (np. zrzuty ekranu z gry).
*** Niskopoziomowy gracz – każda osoba poniżej 150 lvla, która jest znacznie słabsza od przeciwnika.
Gracze z poziomem 150 i więcej, nie są już zaliczani do tej grupy.


§4 Handel postaciami

Sprzedaż postaci jest możliwa tylko i wyłącznie poprzez kanal Trade na discordzie serwera. Każda inna forma handlu postaciami jest niedozwolona. Dlatego zanim sprzedający ogłosi w grze, że chce sprzedać postać – oferta musi być najpierw wystawiona na kanale #trade.


§5 Korzystanie z kanałów komunikacji

1. Zakaz używania wulgaryzmów.
2. Zakaz obrażania, wyzywania innych Użytkowników oraz Administracji.
3. Zabronione jest podszywanie się pod innego gracza.
4. Wszystkie próby oszustwa Administracji mogą skutkować blokadą Konta Użytkownika.
5. Udostępnianie prywatnych rozmów z administracją może skutkować blokadą konta – w zależności od oceny Administracji.
6. Zabronione jest propagowanie nieprawdziwych informacji związanych z serwerem, które nie zostały oficjalnie ogłoszone przez administrację.
7. Przekręcanie wypowiedzi Administracji na swoją korzyść, bądź na niekorzyść serwera lub graczy może skutkować blokadą konta lub całkowitym jego usunięciem.
8. Obrażanie Administracji oraz sarkastyczne wypowiedzi w stronę Administracji mogą skutkować blokadą konta.


§6 Chat/Help na Ottorealm.com

1. Zakaz używania wulgaryzmów i spamowania.
2. Zakaz wysylania linków z IP innego serwera.
3. Zakaz obrażania Administracji i z niej wyśmiewania.
4. Zakaz rozmów o serwerach konkurencyjnych.
5. Zakaz handlu i składania innych ofert.
6. Zakaz używania ironii i tekstów sarkastycznych wobec Administratora.

§7 Sklep: SMS / Przelewy

1. Administracja nie odpowiada za źle wysłane treści sms.
2. Administracja nie odpowiada za źle wykonane przelewy.
3. Zakaz oszukiwania Administratora, wmawiania błędnych treści.
4. Akceptujesz przetwarzanie przez nas Twojego adresu e-mail.
5. Akceptujesz przetwarzanie przez nas Twojego numeru telefonu.
6. Zgadzasz sie na otrzymywanie przez serwis Ottorealm.com wiadomości zawierających treści dotyczące gry i wszystko co z nią związane.

§1 General provisions

1. The administrator reserves the right to change the website regulations.
2. The User is responsible for the incorrectly functioning link or software on the part of the User.
3. The Administrator reserves the right to ban, edit or delete the User Account and all its belongings - in the event of violation of the rules of using the Ottorealm.com website. The type and period of the penalty depends on the Administrator's decision.
4. The User is not entitled to a refund for the purchased services if the functionality is limited or the access to the User Account is completely blocked.
5. By purchasing a paid service, the User confirms that he is aware of the possibility of losing membership or privileges obtained thanks to the service, or access to them - not only in the event of breaking the rules, but also as a result of events in the game world.
6. The administration reserves the right to remove the player's house - in the event of his inactivity in the game (from 7 days and more). Items in it will be permanently deleted.
7. The administration reserves the right to remove a guild house - if the guild leader is inactive in the game (for 7 days and more). Items in it will be permanently deleted. The administration can also remove a guild house - in case the house was purchased by a guild with a low number of members (below 5).

§2 Behavior in the community

1. There is an absolute ban on offending other Users and the Administration.
2. Advertisements, spam, flood, ping or other harassment of Users and Administration will result in blocking the User Account or deleting the character.
4. Publicly posting other players' IP addresses will be punished with bans.
5. It is forbidden to promote piracy, send pornographic, racist content or content that is inconsistent with the general principles of ethics or Polish law.
6. The User is obliged to report any noticed error in the software to the Administrator. Using bugs in the software to gain an advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.
7. It is forbidden to trade and exchange characters from competing servers.
8. It is forbidden to impersonate other players.
9. All attempts to cheat the Administration may result in blocking the User Account.
10. On Ottorealm.com, it is strictly forbidden to sell characters, items and shop points for real currency and tibia coins.
11. Any action that works to the detriment of the player (e.g. blocking exps, passages, quests and depo) or harming the server* may result in the imposition of a ban on the account.
12. It is forbidden to spread unofficial information that has not been confirmed by the Administration.
13. Any activity to the detriment of the server, not included in these regulations - is punishable by blocking the User's Account - depending on the damage caused.


§3 PVP rules

1. You can login 1 MC in total. Any attempts to circumvent the IP restriction (e.g. using VPN) will be punished with bans on characters or complete blocking of the User's account.
2. Any abuse of MC* in pvp (in order to, for example, release a hunting ground, kill another player) will be punished with bans on characters or complete blocking of the User's account.
3. General impeding and killing low-level players for no reason will be punished with a ban. This also applies to kills in events and raids. The account lockout period is at the discretion of the Administration and any appeals without evidence will be ignored.
4. The administration does not interfere in the game and relations between players and guilds.
5. The administration is not obliged to explain itself due to the imposition of a blockade. Each player is obliged to read the regulations.

*Using two characters in combat (main + 1x MC) is not an abuse.
** For no reason - a player who did not have a skull (skull) at the time of death. A player who did not challenge or provoke the opponent. If the opponent (killer) had a reason - he should provide the Administration with evidence (e.g. screenshots from the game).
*** Low-level player - any person below lvl 150 who is much weaker than the opponent.
Players level 150 and above are no longer included in this group.


§4 Character Trading

The sale of characters is possible only through the Trade channel on the server's discord. Any other form of character trading is not allowed. Therefore, before the seller announces in the game that he wants to sell the character - the offer must first be posted on the #trade channel.

§5 Using communication channels

1. Prohibition of profanity.
2. It is forbidden to insult, challenge other Users and the Administration.
3. It is forbidden to impersonate another player.
4. All attempts to cheat the Administration may result in blocking the User Account.
5. Sharing private conversations with the administration may result in blocking the account - depending on the Administration's assessment.
6. It is forbidden to propagate false information related to the server that has not been officially announced by the administration.
7. Twisting the Administration's statements to its advantage or to the disadvantage of the server or players may result in blocking the account or its complete removal.
8. Insulting the Administration and sarcastic statements towards the Administration may result in blocking the account.


§6 Chat/Help on Ottorealm.com

1. Prohibition of profanity and spamming.
2. It is forbidden to send links from the IP of another server.
3. It is forbidden to insult the Administration and make fun of it.
4. It is forbidden to talk about competing servers.
5. Prohibition of trading and other offers.
6. It is forbidden to use irony and sarcastic texts towards the Administrator.

§7 Shop: SMS / Transfers

1. The administration is not responsible for incorrectly sent text messages.
2. The administration is not responsible for wrongly made transfers.
3. Prohibition of cheating the Administrator, telling wrong content.
4. You accept the processing of your e-mail address by us.
5. You accept the processing of your telephone number by us.
6. You agree that Ottorealm.com will receive messages containing content about the game and everything related to it.
